House is with two apartmetns on ground floor and owner lives in the house on the first floor. This house is located in village Fonovici a few kilometers from the small town of Plomin. Village is only with the few houses arouind. Area is quiet and far away from neighbours. If you want to go to the beach you will have to use the car. We strongly recomend this house for your holiday if you want a quite place and far from towns like Rabac, Poreč or Rovinj. Aroudnd the house is green area. They are hills and green environment. This is ground floor apartment in house Fonovici in village Fonovici, near Plomin, an Labin. It is also only 25 minutes driving to Opatija using tourist road. This apartment has benefits that coudl use area around the house so change palce acording to moving the sun.
